One Location, Multiple Uses
The Cafe' offers ample space to accommodate your ideal event setting! Exposed brick and high ceilings mix with pinewood trim and furniture giving the building its rustic charm. We can arrange clean up service for an additional cost, easing the stress of having an event.

With enough space for 50 people, our space makes a great location for holding meetings for work, groups, and social gatherings. The ambiance here is like no other, with a downtown atmosphere it is still lowkey enough to feel like it stands on its own.
Hours of Operation
At this time, Café on State can be reserved everyday Monday-Sunday between the hours of 9:00am-9:00pm. Supper Clubs, Social meetings, baby showers, bridal showers, non-profit meetings are just a few events that can be held at the Café.
01 Hourly Rental
$175/per hour
There is a minimum 2 hours at $175 per hour. 2 hours to prepare and set-up for your event or meeting is included.
02 All-Day Rental
$450/12 hours
You have the whole day to decorate, spend time with family and friends, then clean up without rushing.
03 Deposit/Cleaning
$200
The Renter shall provide a refundable deposit of $200 to secure the time and date for the venue use. This deposit will be absorbed as a cleaning fee if the venue is not free of all garbage, edible items such as food and drinks, decorative items brought in by the renter and anything else specified in the contract.
